UPS
Ground Ship Time
Since
the Post Office is, now, using "Zone
Pricing"- We will have to research the shipping
or mailing costs on individual basis'. We will
send your order by the best "all-around" method
we can cipher-up. There are now Too Many
Variables betwixt UPS & USPS to "rubber stamp"
ship costs any more.
Very
Small orders- like 10-20 sets of flights, some
shafts, and/or small bags of tips are sent via First
Class Mail and *should* cost $4.45... which Is our
Minimum shipping & handling fee.
This cost should be good for orders 8 ounces or less.
As
of the 2018 USPS Increase - we are
forced to raise the postage for the first time in 2 years
As of the 2016 USPS Increase - we were
forced to raise the postage for the first time in 5 years
Most
Orders weighing Under Four Pounds will
be sent via Priority Mail (with Delivery
Confirmation). The minimum ship cost will be $6.95
We reserve the option of insuring certain orders.
If
we can fit your order in a
Small Flat Rate Box (8-58"x5-3/8"x1-5/8")...
then the shipping would be
$7.60 via Priority Mail. This would be an
order like one set of darts with (or w/o) a
few Small accessories (flites, shafts, etc)
Most Darts Sets Should ship via Priority Mail!

Orders
Over four pounds should be sent via
UPS ...unless you reside in an extended area
zip code that UPS uses to tack an Additional
$3.00+ "Extended Residential" fee.
Note:
ALL UPS packages sent to locations
deemed "residential" are automatically charged
an additional $3.00+ per box by UPS
You can save a few bucks by having your order
shipped to a (verified) Commercial, Business
location:
such as Where-You-Work.
Of
Course- all charges go up as the weight does.
ANY
Mail returned to us because of an incorrect address
submitted by the customer: The customer WILL be
required to pay the Actual Remailing Cost + Fees!

If you
do Not receive a Shipping Notice within Two Days- You Must contact
us. We will re-send the notice ASAP.
Any issues with the USPS After Delivery is Confirmed MUST Be taken-Up
In-Person with your Local Postmaster. We recommend Not
Calling their 800 Number or speaking to a Desk Clerk!
Please Note:
We require that all Delivery Enquiries be reported within 2 days
of "confirmed" delivery dates.
Internet Customers ARE sent either Delivery Confirmation Numbers
-when their order is sent via the Post Office- OR- If the order
is shipped via UPS- you Will receive an e-mail from "QuantumViewNotify@ups.com"
notifying you of your tracking number(s) on the evening of the ship
date.
Any Damage or shortages MUST Be reported within two
days of delivery!
USPS
orders that are Delivery Confirmed- that are Not received by the
recipient MUST be reported to your Local Postmaster within 48 hours
of Confirmed Delivery- so that a "fresh" carrier follow-up
can be made by the Postal Authorities. Also- a Report must be filed
with the Postmaster AND your local Police.
If you have not received a mailed parcel within 7 days of mailing
date- you Must Contact Us to follow-up on the shipment.
Theft of mail is a Federal Offense....
as is falsifying claims with the USPS.
UPS Orders that show delivery-
yet are not received by the customer should be reported That
Day to BRD (us) at 1.800.726.7085 so that we can contact UPS
ASAP.

DAMAGE
CLAIMS
Please
Note: We require that all damages be reported within 24 Hours
of Delivery.
Big River Darts will file all damage claims.
Visible Damage: When your order is delivered you should immediately
inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred
during shipment. Always check the underneath of the box. It is normal
for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur,
do not accept the package until the delivery person has noted on
the delivery receipt or freight bill the nature and extent of damage.
If you are unable to fully inspect your item at the time of delivery,
you MUST note upon signing for the package that your shipment is
accepted "SUBJECT TO FURTHER INSPECTION". You and the
delivery person should sign and date the delivery receipt and you
should receive a copy for your records. Notify us immediately by
calling 1-800-726-7085 and we will do everything necessary to resolve
the problem in a timely manner. If there is extensive damage to
the carton, refuse the order and call us immediately at 1-866.55.DARTS.
We will promptly launch an investigation.
Concealed Damage: If upon inspecting your order, you find damage
to a product that was not seen at the time of delivery, call us
immediately at 1-866.553.2787 and we will do everything necessary
to repair or replace your product at no additional cost to you.
Keep all shipping cartons for inspection. Any requests for
concealed damage after 2 days of receipt of delivery will be accepted,
but charges for replacement parts and shipping will be at the expense
of the customer.
RETURNS:
Remember:
FLIGHTS and SHAFTS MAY VARY on Darts Sets.
New,
unused products and materials (in 100% Mint and resaleable condition)
may be returned within fourteen (14) days for credit or exchange,
provided that:
1) Prior approval is obtained from Big River Darts (Via email or
telephone)
2) Products are still in their original box (incl. labels) and packing.
3) Products have not been used (are in 100% new condition). Darts
tossed in threes Will Nick.
4) Products have been returned at buyers expense (Shipping charges
can not be reimbursed)
5) Credit for returned product in the amount of $20.00 or less is
refunded as a store credit/coupon. Returns valued greater than $20.00
will be credited to cardholder's card or paypal account- unless
the cutomer decides to apply the refund to store credit..
Defective
products (Manufacturer's) may be returned with prior approval for
exchange or credit.
All claims for defective product must be made within 14 days of
receipt of the order.
Items
returned but sent to you with "free shipping" will have
the shipping cost deducted from your credit.
Please
Note: A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returned, non-defective
merchandise.
The restocking fee will be waived if you decide to take store credit
for a future order.
Merchandise
Returned Must be in "Absolute Mint Condition" upon arrival
back to our store. This includes ALL Packaging and 'innards' that
any products came in/with.
Small accessories, such as flights, tip,shafts,etc are NOT Returnable-
except for exchange of Identical Item in a different length or color.
Nothing, returned, shall be accepted without an "RA Number"
(issued by us) on the shipping label with on a copy of your invoice!
The Customer will be responsible for all shipping (Each Way) incurred
for exchanging -or returning anything for any reason other than
a defective item(s) or a mistake on our part.
Items received in Pristine Condition may be exchanged for equal
value. Anything returned for credit back to a Card or PayPal Will
be assessed a 15% Re-Stocking Fee (at our discretion).
Items deemed Not Saleable as "New" may be returned to
you- or an 'assessed value' Might be offered (nothing 'used'
applies). All shipping involved will be at the buyer's expense.
Refunds shall be issued within 10 Days of receipt and inspection
of returned item(s).
Items (non-defective) returned for credit that qualified for
free shipping and/or a shipping discount will have our shipping
costs and/or the shipping discount cost deducted off the item prior
to refund.
INTERNATIONAL
Warranty Actions:
Items still covered under Warranty Will Require the customer to
Ship the item(s) back at their own expense for warranty-work or
return. Or- if return is not necessary... Consumer will pay shipping
for the replacement item. If 'two-way' shipping happens- BRD will
pay for the second shipping instance. This does not apply to Brand
New Defective Items.
CANCELED
or Non-Claimed ORDERS
Orders "Pulled"
- yet not completed' that are cancelled by the customer OR BRD will
be charged a 15% Restocking Fee for the merchandise. No Exceptions.
We, often, Re-order the item(s) for re-stocking immediately after
you place your order.
This may include orders deemed fruitless from Declined credit cards
or poorly submitted shipping addresses. Lack of Prompt Communications
with us will Never do your "side of the story" Any Good.
